Cabin 6 is a two-bedroom retreat featuring a dramatic view of Discovery Bay and Olympic Mountains. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living/dining/kitchen area perfectly frame the beautiful views, making it an ideal spot in the spring and summer, and a great perch for storm watching and cozying up by the fire in the fall and winter. One bedroom with a queen size bed, another with two twin beds, and a daybed (twin) in the living room make this cabin ideal for a couple or small family. Note the 3/4 bath (shower stall only) is located inside the master bedroom.

Built in 1938 as the original clubhouse for the Chevy Chase Golf Course (now Discovery Bay Golf Course), this deluxe accommodation features an immense stone propane fireplace, original maple flooring, a spacious living and dining area, and a sweeping view of Discovery Bay and the Olympic Mountains from the kitchen, living room and deck. The cabin has two queen bedrooms with an adjoining full bathroom and a pullout couch in the living room. Watch summer sunsets on a deck framed by an heirloom apple tree or cozy up to the fire with a good book on a fall or winter afternoon. Perfect for a couple or a family, the Clubhouse can also serve as a gathering place for small groups spread out in other cabins.

Homestead

We have transformed John Tukey's original 1851 homestead house into an airy, bright and very comfortable retreat. This three bedroom, two bath cabin features an open floor plan, cozy propane fireplace, a private yard with a white picket fence, a deck with a BBQ, and outdoor furniture. The bedroom on the ground floor has a king bed and en-suite full bathroom. The upstairs layout is open (you walk up the stairs into the queen bedroom) with a small bedroom with the two twin beds tucked on the side and a shared 3/4 bath between the two spaces. The Homestead is ideal for small gatherings of friends or family.

Meadow

A 1920s farmhouse completely renovated in 1998, Meadow House is a 2-bedroom (one king bedroom, one queen bedroom) serene retreat with bucolic views of a pasture, natural pond, classic red barn, and cherry, fir, and maple trees. This bird watcher’s paradise features an open floor plan with a central kitchen, dining area, and living room with a wood burning stove. It is the only cabin that features cable television and a washer/dryer so is great for a couple, family, friends or a longer-term stay.
Meadow House is across the street from the main property; a very short walk or drive up Discovery Road from the rest of the cabins. *See note below.

*PLEASE NOTE: There is an electric fence around part of the perimeter of the Meadow House property. The fence is rarely “live” except for when a neighboring farmer grazes his cattle in the pasture directly next to the house. We like to make sure that guests with small children and dogs are aware of this possibility (we do often host families with children and dogs at this location).
