health & Safety

The health, safety and comfort of our guests, staff, small community and family (this is not just our business it is also our home) continues to be our top priority.

The below is based on what we know as of today and may change depending on your arrival date. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

  • We are continuing to keep up to date with CDC, Washington State, Jefferson County as well as national industry standards such as the American Hotel and Lodging Association "Stay Safe" program and other relevant policies and procedures.

  • On top of our already high cleaning standards, we practice up to date hygiene and cleaning protocols including using products that are approved as EPA-registered disinfectants, daily screening of our team, proper PPE and extensive training for employees. We also open windows and turn on fans between guests to air out the cabins.

  • We have a contactless check-in/check-out process for returning guests and outdoor tours of the property for new guests.

  • If you do head into town (and on your way to and from Chevy) please be mindful of people’s personal space and face covering guidelines.

  • As of today, Jefferson County Public Health recommends face coverings in indoor settings when you or those around you are sick, the indoor space is crowded and not well ventilated or if you care for someone who is vulnerable to severe illness.

  • At Chevy, we do ask that all guests respect people's personal space (including our team) when interacting with people outside your cabin/group as not everyone has the same comfort level. Our team will wear a face mask if ever indoors with a guest and are happy to wear them upon request when cleaning your cabin prior to your stay.

  • Travelers: Follow CDC Recommendations

  • We ask that if you, a family member or someone in your group traveling to Chevy is sick to please be thoughtful of others and PLEASE STAY HOME!
