Cabin
4 is the quintessential Northwest getaway. Its cliffside perch offers
sweeping views from the living room and bedroom, as well as a private
deck to watch the sunset over Discovery Bay and the Olympic Mountains.
This cabin features a full kitchen, living room, full bathroom,
and a cozy king size bed. Note: Parking for Cabin 4 is not directly adjacent to the cabin. From the upper parking area it is a short walk across the lawn, and from the lower parking area it is a short walk up a grassy hill. |

Information:
- Rates are based on the "real bed" occupancy. We charge $20/night
per person for additional guests in each cabin on
futons, banquette couches and pull-out couches.Prior
arrangements must be made. In
addition to cabin rental fees we charge a one-time $50 cleaning fee
and 11.1% tax on all reservations.
- Dogs are welcome at Chevy Chase with prior arrangement for a $20/night
fee per dog (maximum 2 dogs per cabin). We ask that guests pick up after
their pets, keep them leashed around other guests, and do not leave
them in the cabins unattended. Sorry, no cats.
- All cabins are nonsmoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for
smoking in the cabins.
Single
Cabin Reservation Cancellation/Change Policy:
It
is our sincere hope that this policy is never necessary, however due
to the potential loss of income and impacts to the operations of our
small family owned business we must uphold the following policy for
all cancellations/changes regardless of reason (this includes
but is not limited to inclement weather, bad road conditions, bridge
closures, acts of Mother Nature, medical reasons, death in the family
or changes in the restrictions for COVID-19 (e.g. restrictions for indoor
gatherings or group sizes, changes in amenities available moving back
a phase, etc.)).
Once you have reserved a cabin it is taken off the availability list and all inquiries for that period are turned away. If you are concerned about the possibility of having to cancel your reservation especially due to a last-minute cancellation, we strongly suggest that you take responsibility for this risk and obtain trip cancellation/interruption insurance. Trip insurance is available through 3rd party carriers.
All cancellations (full or partial) and reservation date changes will incur a $50 cancellation/change fee (per cabin) plus applicable tax.
If you have to cancel, shorten or move your reservation between 30 days and two weeks prior to your visit, you will be charged the $50 plus 50% of the total cabin rental (or released nights) to the credit card held on file. We will refund you for the nights that we are able to re-rent the cabin at the same rate, less the $50 cancellation fee and applicable tax.
If the reservation is cancelled, shortened or moved less than two weeks prior to your visit, you will be charged the $50 plus the full balance of the cabin rental (or released nights) to the credit card held on file. We will refund you for the nights that we are able to re-rent the cabin(s) at the same rate, less the $50 cancellation/change fee and applicable tax.
Late arrivals and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the stay.
No refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures.
All cancellations will be acknowledged in writing via email from Chevy Chase Beach Cabins. If you haven't received written acknowledgement of your cancellation please follow up as we may have not received your message and your reservation is not considered cancelled.
