ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
- Rates are based on the "real bed" occupancy. We charge $20/night per person for additional guests in each cabin on futons, banquette couches and pull-out couches. Prior arrangements must be made.

- Well behaved dogs are welcome at Chevy Chase Beach Cabins with prior arrangement for a $20/night fee per dog (maximum 2 dogs per cabin). We ask that guests pick up after their pets, keep them leashed around other guests, and do not leave them in the cabins unattended. Sorry, no cats. See full pet policies here.

- All cabins are nonsmoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking in the cabins.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
It is our sincere hope that this policy is never necessary, however due to the potential loss of income to our small business we must uphold the following:  All cancellations (full or partial) will incur a $25 cancellation fee (per cabin) plus applicable tax. If you have to cancel, shorten or move your reservation between 30 days and two weeks prior to your visit, you will be charged 50% of the total cabin rental (or released nights) to the credit card held on file. If the reservation is cancelled, shortened or moved less than two weeks prior to your visit, you will be charged the full balance of the cabin rental (or released nights) to the card held on file.  In either case, we will refund you for the nights that we are able to re-rent the cabin(s) at the same rate, less the $25 cancellation fee and applicable tax. No-shows will be charged the full balance of the stay. No refunds are given for early departures

FOR YOUR INFORMATION:
- A Visa, MasterCard or American Express number is required to confirm your reservation.
- Your full payment will be processed upon arrival. Checks and cash are preferred methods of payment to avoid the fees charged by credit card companies, but we do accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
- Check in is at 3:00 PM, please let us know if you will be arriving after dark. Check out is at 11:00 AM.
-2 night minimum stay required (inquire for exceptions).
- All cabins are self-sufficient (no daily housekeeping services). Fresh towels available upon request.
- The beach, pool and grounds are for use exclusively by paying guests of Chevy Chase Beach Cabins.
